Ensure flawless product content execution across digital retail platforms for trusted healthcare brands. Based in Canada (Eastern Time Zone) with remote working arrangements, you'll manage content quality, system maintenance, and syndication workflows that keep our client's products compliant and discoverable. Your expertise in content operations and platform management will maintain excellence across every digital touchpoint. We support flexible working and are open to different arrangements. We offer reasonable adjustments throughout the process.You'll be the operational backbone behind content quality and system integrity across digital retail environments. Working hands-on with content management systems and syndication platforms, you'll ensure product information meets compliance standards while maintaining optimal presentation across retail channels. We're looking for someone who can execute detailed content workflows with precision, maintaining high standards for both above-the-fold and below-the-fold content. Success means consistent content quality, complete product catalogs, and seamless syndication across all retail partners.What you will be doing:Execute daily content management workflows,
ensuring all product information meets quality and compliance standardsMaintain DAM and PIM systems, updating product assets and information with accuracy and attention to detailCreate and manage product records in retailer platforms (e.G. Amazon Vendor Central), ensuring complete catalog setup and ongoing maintenanceCreate and manage below-the-fold content (e.G. Amazon A+ Content), optimizing product detail pages for compliance and competitivenessExecute content syndication across retail platforms, managing feed creation and ongoing channel maintenanceReview and audit product detail page content for completeness, accuracy, and complianceManage above-the-fold and below-the-fold content quality, ensuring consistent brand presentation and messagingCoordinate content updates and launches across multiple retail channels and product portfoliosMonitor content syndication feeds and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure uninterrupted data flowWhat you need to be great in this role:A track record of 5-10 years in eCommerce content management and client servicing, with hands-on experience in content operationsExperience with CPG brands, preferably in healthcare or wellness categories, understanding compliance requirements and content standardsExperience with Digital Asset Management systems, with Acquia experience preferred for daily system maintenance and content updatesExpertise with Product Information Management platforms, with Salsify experience required for catalog managementExperience using Digital Shelf Analytics tools, with Profitero experience preferred for content monitoring and auditingExperience with retailer vendor portals (e.G. AVC, Walmart RetailLink, Target POL, etc.)

Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
