Job Responsibilities:

- Have a safety-first attitude
- Ensure efficiency on all loads
- Ensure BOL’s and timesheets are filled out correctly
- Maintain good communication, both verbal and written, with all personnel
- Monitor driver’s hours of service

Job Description:

- Schedule & plan deliveries from start to finish




- Maintain good communication with drivers and operators
- Ability to confidently make changes on the fly
- Obtain permits as required
- Monitor accurate completion of driver’s paperwork
- Creating digital dispatches

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience/knowledge in the trucking industry dealing with different trailer combinations
- Organized with a positive attitude
- Good computer skills
- Matting experience is an asset
