The Clinical Leader will be an integral part of the In-Patient Medicine Program at Trillium Health Partners. This permanent full time position calls for an experienced Registered Nurse (R.N.) with at least 5 years in general med/surg, respiratory, or cardiac surgical areas. The leader will drive positive changes while fostering a diverse workforce that meets the needs of complex medicine patients in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patient satisfaction and quality indicators
• Organize day-to-day activities of Medicine 3C
• Provide clinical support and guidance to staff




• Identify service gaps and recommend solutions
• Design and evaluate evidence-based educational programs
Requirements:
• Current R.N. registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• BScN preferred and 5+ years clinical experience
• Advanced clinical preparation in relevant specialties
• Robust critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development
