Alternate Solutions Health Network is seeking a Records Collections Specialist II to manage patient documentation for CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, and insurers. You will submit orders, obtain signatures, track documents, and ensure timely EMR updates, coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
Qualified candidates have at least 1 year in healthcare, familiarity with HIPAA, and EMR systems such as EPIC or HomeCare HomeBase. Solid attention to detail and communication are essential.
