Drive safety excellence at Atlantic Packaging as a Director of Health & Safety in Scarborough, Ontario. Lead initiatives across multiple locations ensuring safety standards and compliance at every level. With over 10 years of experience in a unionized manufacturing workplace, you will develop and implement health and safety policies across our plants in Canada and the U.S. This full time, on-site role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain a robust safety culture, conducting audits, and utilizing data analytics to prevent incidents. Your leadership will help build a high-performing team dedicated to workplace safety. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement health and safety vision and culture
Conduct macro-level risk assessments for workplace hazards




Manage safety audits and inspections across all facilities
Lead training programs and safety drills for staff
Represent the company on industry safety committees Requirements:
10+ years of health and safety leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with OHS diploma preferred
Qualified designation in safety (CRSP/CSP preferred)
Bilingual in French and English is highly preferred
