Hillsdale Estates is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join its care team in the long-term care setting. You will perform assessments, develop and monitor treatment plans, and document progress in PCC and POC using interRAI LTCF.
The role requires an OT degree and registration in positive standing, plus ADP authorization status and experience in a similar setting. Robust collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential.
