What you'll do
Prepare initial drafts and markups for commercial agreements and investment-related NDAs.
Oversee the full lifecycle of legal documents, including tracking key dates and managing execution.
Coordinate with counterparties to ensure matters progress efficiently.
Collaborate with internal legal staff to maintain high standards of service for clients.
Develop skilled legal skills with the potential to move toward Bar qualification.

Requirements
Bachelor degree in law or an equivalent qualification.




Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining precision.
Clear and skilled verbal and written communication skills.
Independent work ethic with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
Capacity to function effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented workplace.

Nice to have
Previous experience handling KYC processes or NDAs.
