Key Responsibilities:
Screen and assess client nutritional status effectively
Develop and implement renal diet care plans
Monitor and evaluate dietary adherence and response
Participate in interdisciplinary medical rounds
Educate clients and families on dietary needs

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and dietetic internship
Two years clinical experience in acute care settings
Current registration with health authorities
Robust background in nutritional sciences and renal therapy
Proven ability to communicate effectively
