With 5–8 years of experience on large infrastructure projects, your expertise will guide assessments, documentation, and communication related to scope changes. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide implementation of the Change Management Plan
• Ensure transparent tracking of all project changes
• Analyze scope and prepare detailed impact assessments
• Support open-book pricing strategies
• Coordinate with estimators on cost implications
Requirements:
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in large projects
• Solid proficiency in Oracle Unifier and Primavera P6
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Robust technical understanding of risk management
