Pursue a career as a JEC Facility Maintenance Associate, specializing in managing facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. This full time position requires a robust background in industrial maintenance.
In this role, you'll report to the Facility Maintenance Coordinator and be responsible for critical tasks such as equipment maintenance and project leadership. Your ability to communicate effectively and understand JEC’s Business Management System Manual will be vital in this hands-on position that directly supports both employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain facility-related systems
• Update and maintain SOPs for equipment and processes
• Ensure proper maintenance of plant interiors and exteriors
• Coordinate projects for electrical and plumbing installations
• Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise
Requirements:
• Certificate of Qualification from Skilled Trades Ontario (309A, 433A, or 306A)
• Experience with HVAC and industrial maintenance systems
• Understanding of fabrication and welding techniques is advantageous
• Reasoning and problem-solving skills are essential
• Solid communication and teamwork capabilities
