We are seeking dedicated, conscientious, flexible individuals who thrive in a fast-paced working setting. This is an ideal position for those looking to positively affect the lives of students through education.

We’ll train you in our unique and compelling programs.

Clinicians are responsible for:
Instructing students one-to-one in all remediation programs
Carefully following student's individual programs
Communicating observations about students
Contributing to an empowering and collegial environment

We are currently hiring for part time positions starting in September 2026.



Required availability for these positions is all Saturdays (8:00 am - 4:30 pm), and 2 or more after-school sessions (3:30 pm - 6:30 pm). Friday afternoon (12:30 pm - 6:30 pm) availability is an asset.

We accept applications throughout the year for full and part-time positions. Minimum 1 year commitment.

Successful candidates will have:
Completed or nearly completed a degree or diploma in a related area.
The ability to establish rapport quickly, and with people of all ages and abilities
A patient manner and compassionate nature
The ability to adapt their teaching style to the needs of the student

A background in psychology, some education streams (including EA), linguistics, English, sociology, or cognitive science is an asset but not a requirement.

Pay and benefits are commensurate with experience and position in the company.
