Responsibilities

Provide skilled therapeutic treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals while promoting safety and independence.

Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, physicians,



and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and restorative care.

Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with California Physical Therapy Board regulations and facility standards.

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, team-oriented environment.

Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
