As a Data Team Lead, you will coordinate the efforts of Data Engineers and Power BI Developers, supporting project execution and mentoring to enhance team capabilities. This hands-on role demands attention to detail and a commitment to aligning technical work with business requirements. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Data Architect to achieve project objectives efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate team activities and manage project backlog
• Communicate technical needs and dependencies effectively




• Assist in the implementation of data governance practices
• Ensure continuous knowledge sharing among team members
• Diagnose and resolve data-related issues
Requirements:
• 6–10+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Proficient in SQL and data transformation
• Familiarity with Microsoft data tools and platforms
• Ability to provide mentoring and guidance to others
