Apex Group is looking for a dedicated Investor Services Representative to build exceptional client connections. This position requires solid analytical skills and the ability to respond to various inquiries from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund Managers. Your focus will be on providing timely service, processing transactions, and producing reports, all while working with a versatile schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance client relationships through exceptional service
• Process financial and non-financial investment transactions
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email
• Analyze complex issues to determine the best course of action
• Produce ad-hoc reports for Fund Managers
Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Three years’ experience in Financial Services preferred
• Knowledge of Fund Administration is a robust asset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
