Mission Your Role- Lead manufacturing and assembly processes in a Lean production environment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance output and quality.- Plan production schedules and create clear work instructions.- Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.- Oversee new product introduction (NPI) with engineering, from design through assembly.- Select and purchase production equipment.- Address operational challenges with structured problem solving.- Hire, train,



and mentor production staff.- Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs).- Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards and all health and safety regulations.
