Job Duties
Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Oversee and evaluate staff performance
Schedule and coordinate daily operations
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Coordinate and oversee inventory management
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Deliver customer service and resolve customer complaints or concerns
Develop a staff work schedule and implement training for personnel
