The Plant Manager will oversee the protected production of products and ensure compliance with EHS regulations while driving continuous improvement projects. You will engage in hands-on duties and collaborate closely with the regional manufacturing team to achieve plant objectives. You'll also represent the site in quality audits and technical reviews.

Requirements:
