You will lead a team focused on strategic planning, project management, and developing a safety-conscious culture. Your efforts will drive compliance and enhance operational efficiency across several sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical direction for waste management operations
• Promote solid safety culture and accountability
• Facilitate collaboration among internal and external stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process reviews
• Support the development of safety cases and performance assessments
Requirements:
• At least 10 years in the nuclear field
• Robust program management and leadership experience
• Proficient in strategic and operational problem-solving
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities
• Must meet Level 2 Secret security clearance requirements
