We are looking for someone with 1–3 years of experience in configuration or technical support. You will support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring high-quality configurations and effective troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and maintain business rules on FireLight
• Troubleshoot XML configurations and development
• Configure supporting documents like Role Codes and Review Queues
• Participate in testing, deployment, and support
• Resolve issues tracked in Jira effectively
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of technical support or configuration experience
• Solid knowledge of XML and FireLight platform
• Familiarity with SDLC practices
• Experience with Jira and Notepad++ preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
