What You’ll Do
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical specifications, workflows, and project plans.
Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports.
Identify risks, propose solutions,
and adjust plans to overcome challenges.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
Evaluate project outcomes and recommend process improvements for future initiatives.
Qualifications
Age 12-30.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Commitment to completing basic training.
Fluency in English.
Successful Vulnerable Sector Check (required if over 18).
Bonus Skills
Previous experience in volunteer or related fields.
Fluency or high proficiency in another language besides English.
