Overview The Role :
This is a senior, client-facing position responsible for shaping and leading digital strategy across a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will connect data, creativity, and technology to drive full-funnel performance—from acquisition through to conversion and retention. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will guide strategic direction across paid media, SEO, content, and analytics, while confidently presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. A proactive mindset and the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable plans are essential.




Responsibilities Develop and lead integrated digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Analyse performance data to inform decisions and optimise campaigns.
Oversee paid media, SEO, and content initiatives as a unified approach.
Evaluate and improve website conversion and user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with sales and CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong senior-level stakeholder relationships.
Present strategic recommendations and performance insights with clarity.
Leverage emerging tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and outcomes
Requirements 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
Proven strength in both paid media and SEO strategy.
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and conversion optimisation.
Experience working with analytics platforms and CRM.systems.
Ability to interpret complex data and communicate it effectively.
Confident presenter with solid interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows and results.
