We are seeking a Logistics Sales Executive to join our team in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have solid sales experience in a 3PL environment, be motivated, conscientious, and capable of working in a dynamic, rapid-paced environment.
Develop new business opportunities through your current book of business or cold calling into new prospect accounts.
Generate and follow-up on sales leads promptly.
Act as an intermediary between customers and CSR’s to ensure accurate and profitable pricing.
Assist with carrier portfolio management, including developing strong relationships, understanding operational details, matching carrier lanes with freight, and collaborating with carriers as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of 3PL sales experience with a book of business.




Proven track record in sales within 3PL transportation/logistics.
Highly motivated self-starter, tactfully persistent, disciplined, and a team player.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills.
