Overview We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage customer invoicing, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with tax documentation. Here’s some value you would bring to the team:
Responsibilities Active monitoring of customer accounts to identify overdue payments.
Contact customers for payments per internal process & ensuring that accounts are up to date.
Contact customers to resolve outstanding issues.
Conversion of sales orders into invoices from service department.




Invoicing of proforma service deposits received.
Creation of recent customer accounts.
Update and maintain customer contact information.
Collect tax exemption certificates from customers as needed.
Compile all related documents in customer portfolio.
Any ad hoc project as requested.
Qualifications DEC in Accounting, with 2–5 years of A/R collections experience.
Bilingual in English and French.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
