Position : Medical Specialist (Medical Second Opinion)
Commitment : Flexible, ~20–40 hours per week
Type : Hourly Contract
Location : Remote
Compensation : $230–$270 per hour
Role :
Collaborate with a leading AI lab’s Gen-AI research team to improve AI model performance in Surgery.
Provide deep subject-matter expertise in surgery to enhance training data quality and rigor.
Develop and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to surgical topics.
Create detailed guidelines and rubrics to evaluate medical reasoning and problem-solving tasks.
Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks in multiple surgical specializations and write accurate, well-structured solutions.
Evaluate medical tasks and solutions and deliver clear, actionable written feedback.




Work closely with other domain experts to ensure the consistency and accuracy of training data.
Responsibilities :
Guide research teams to bridge knowledge gaps in AI models related to surgical practice.
Set and uphold the gold standard in annotation and evaluation for surgery-related training data.
Participate in regular calibration calls with client research teams.
Deliver high-impact, flexible remote work that contributes to state-of-the-art AI in medicine.
