You'll analyze data, support learning initiatives, and collaborate with supervisors and workers to foster a culture of safety and accountability in office.

• Implement Human Performance and Nuclear Safety Culture elements
• Facilitate training and consistent safety messaging
• Analyze data from observations and trends




• Support project teams with field observation techniques
• Guide the development of Crew Learning Briefs

Requirements:
• Technical degree in safety, engineering, or related field
• Solid communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of Nuclear regulations and safety documents
• Experience with HOP in nuclear environments
• Ability to adapt to varied work settings
