This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities within accounts payable, from validating and processing invoices to handling employee expenses. Candidates must have over two years of experience in AP, along with robust problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate vendor invoices and expense claims
• Process AP transactions with accuracy
• Audit claims to ensure compliance with policies
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and prepare various reports
Requirements:
• Experience in a high-volume accounts payable setting
• Proficiency in AP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of journal entries and GL concepts
• Excellent communication skills for vendor interactions
