As the Data Centre Facility Technician (DCFT), you will manage the data centre’s daily operations while providing exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring mechanical systems and electrical infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with contractors to foster a compliant working workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and service delivery processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
• Maintain high security and safety standards




• Facilitate communication between clients and operational teams
• Document operational procedures and updates

Requirements:
• High School diploma; relevant apprenticeship preferred
• Must explicit background and credit assessments
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in telecommunications or IT advantageous
• Excellent English communication skills and customer focus
