This senior position reports to the Senior Lead of Maintenance Excellence, focusing on refining maintenance execution, planning, and scheduling processes. Work collaboratively with site teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and enhance maintenance performance across multiple operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in health and safety initiatives and compliance
• Support the implementation of technical standards
• Influence teams in the effective application of standards
• Investigate equipment performance issues with vendors




• Enhance processes and tools for maintenance efficiency

Requirements:
• Engineering degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance planning and execution
• Robust grasp of mining maintenance standards
• Effective leadership and communication skills
• Project Management Qualified (PMP) certification is a plus
