RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the retail tenants, initiating meetings and identifying issues that could impact the operation of the Mall
- Oversee staff to ensure properties are well maintained and ensuring all maintenance issues are addressed in a timely and cost effective manner
- Work with staff to ensure vacant spaces are leased, according to leasing procedures
- Assist in the development of budgets and completing financial reporting
- Provide support to and supervise staff associated with the portfolio including conducting annual performance reviews
- Vendor contract negotiation and scheduling
- Act as the Duty Manager for the Mall as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 to 5 years experience as a Mall Manager or Supervisor
- Professionalism and accountability, high energy, personable, adaptable, great people skills and customer service focused
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, local area knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective, proven leadership skills with previous supervisory experience
- Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
- Computer skills including experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
