We are currently hiring a Help Desk Specialist to work in our Mississauga, Ontario facility!
Pay rate: $55K+
Shifts Available: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities
Ensures smooth operation of existing networks in all locations.
Provides helpdesk support to internal users across Canada.
Liaises with external suppliers/vendors to ensure that external resources meet the needs of the business.
Provides emergency (on-call) support to end users as required.
Maintain expert knowledge of Enterprise system (DVI),
providing Subject Matter Expertise to staff as needed.
Responsible for routine reporting.
Qualifications
2 years of hands-on operational experience with Win 2016 Server and newer, Win 10/Win 11, DOS. 2 years Windows networking and connectivity.
2 years of hands-on experience with Android/iOS devices.
2 years of Windows networking and connectivity.
2 years of experience in laser printers setup, troubleshooting and repairs.
2 years of experience in remote support.
Post-secondary degree.
CompTIA A+, Network+ or equivalent.
