Overview Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a CRM Specialist based in Toronto. Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, the CRM Specialist will be responsible for leading various Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions implemented at Canadian Hearing Services. You will also participate in complex and time sensitive projects and work closely with program directors and vice presidents including assisting the Director, Information Technology with developing customized CRM solutions, researching and recommending enhancements to data collection systems, and establishing a comprehensive, efficient, and focused process for reporting on business performance against performance metrics. Responsibilities Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions implemented at CHS. Participate in complex, time-sensitive projects and collaborate with program directors and vice presidents. Assist the Director, Information Technology with developing customized CRM solutions. Research and recommend enhancements to data collection systems. Establish a comprehensive, efficient, and focused process for reporting on business performance against performance metrics. Qualifications University or College degree in a related subject. Minimum of three (3) years of related work experience (preferably in the healthcare industry) with different operating systems (e.G., Windows 10, macOS/Apple, iOS). Three (3) years of Microsoft Dynamics experience.



Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage overlapping projects within tight deadlines in a pressurized environment and handle a varied workload with competing priorities. Additional Information This will be a contract, full-time position for one year, working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.M. – 5:00 p.M. Salary: Hiring Min Rate $66,499.00 CAD, Hiring Max Rate $71,949.00 CAD.
