Recruiter — Consumer Health Client (Maternity Leave Coverage, ~3 Months)

Location: Canada (Remote)

Compensation: 90,000 to 100,000 CAD

We're looking for a bilingual Recruiter to join our team supporting a leading global consumer health company, known worldwide for its everyday household health and wellness brands. This is a maternity leave coverage role for approximately 3 months.

What you'll do:

- Support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment solutions for our client, managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles.
- Manage multiple open requisitions, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for diverse roles across the business.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal teams, fostering collaboration.
- Continuously apply best practices to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
- Contribute to achieving KPIs and service levels, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional/global leaders to support innovative talent strategies.

You'll bring:

- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment support, preferably in a fast paced environment.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused mindset.
- Enthusiasm for learning and supporting a dynamic, multicultural team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility to support regional needs.




- Comfort stepping into a fast moving, temporary coverage assignment and ramping up quickly.
