Financial Assistant

Vanier and Holy Redeemer Catholic Schools in Edson, AB

This is a 1.0 FTE position to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, following the school calendar year.

The position is split between the two schools.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:
Financial training and experience (Sage, Rycor, Atrieve)
Experience with Excel, Word, Google Docs
Ability to meet deadlines
Comfort in a rapid paced, multi-tasking environment
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and establish priorities
Enjoy working with children and the public
Conduct themselves in a skilled and caring manner

This position will begin August 24th, 2026 . This individual needs to be positive, versatile and able to work closely with other staff.
