Provide expert tailoring and alteration services for luxury menswear at the Sherway Gardens store. Responsible for alterations and repairs on jackets, pants, and shirts to ensure excellent fit and finish. Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines and pressers while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting store success.

Responsibilities
Perform alterations, repairs, and bespoke tailoring for jackets, trousers, and shirts to accurate specifications.
Measure clients, conduct fittings, and make adjustments to achieve optimal fit.
Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, overlockers, and pressing equipment.
Inspect finished garments for quality, finish, and adherence to brand standards.
Document work orders,



communicate with customers about timelines and recommendations, and collaborate with store team members.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of tailoring experience, specifically with luxury menswear garments.
Proficiency using and maintaining a variety of industrial sewing machines, pressers, and hand-finishing techniques.
Solid customer service and communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a retail team to meet store goals.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
