Key Responsibilities:
• Lead staff and practicum students to ensure quality service
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations




• Provide on-call support and share managerial coverage
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
• Develop and monitor personalized care plans
Requirements:
• Degree in social services or related field
• Three years of management experience required
• Two years of experience supporting people with disabilities preferred
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training
• Medical clearance and health certifications
