With over 10 years of experience in a unionized manufacturing workplace, you will develop and implement health and safety policies across our plants in Canada and the U.S. This full-time, in office role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain a robust safety culture, conducting audits, and utilizing data analytics to prevent incidents. Your leadership will help build a high-performing team dedicated to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health and safety vision and culture
• Conduct macro-level risk assessments for workplace hazards




• Manage safety audits and inspections across all facilities
• Lead training programs and safety drills for staff
• Represent the company on industry safety committees
Requirements:
• 10+ years of health and safety leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field with OHS diploma preferred
• Skilled designation in safety (CRSP/CSP preferred)
• Bilingual in French and English is highly preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and safety management software
