As a Hospital Lead Security Guard in a Hospital setting , ability to lead a team of trained Security guards, physical ability and ability to De- escalate situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital setting

Responsibilities for Hospital Lead Security Guard
Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
Lead a team of trained Security guards
Verify identities and control access to secure areas
React quickly to threats or incidents
Responding to code
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
Document incidents and actions taken
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Qualifications for Hospital Lead Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
First aid certification an asset
Ability to stand and walk entire shift
Valuable verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
Tactical experience(Asset)
Customer service oriented
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful workplace
