Requirements
Minimum of three years of experience in property management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of managing condominiums and not-for-profit properties efficiently
Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties
Coordinating maintenance and repairs
Managing tenant/owner relations and addressing their concerns
Ensuring compliance with property regulations and standards
Budgeting and financial reporting
Attend monthly board meetings
