As a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN), you support resident health, monitor care needs, and ensure protected medication practices and clinical compliance.
What You’ll Do
Conduct wellness assessments and monitor resident health changes
Support medication management and perform MAR/TAR audits
Communicate with families, physicians, and care teams
Monitor incidents, falls and follow‑up care
Maintain documentation and compliance with regulations
Support infection control and clinical quality initiatives
Train and support care team members
What You’ll Bring
Active LPN/LVN license
1+ year experience in senior living or a clinical setting
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Knowledge of medication administration and compliance
Solid communication and problem‑solving skills
Pay Range
$29.25 – $39.05 per hour
Employment Type
Casual – Casual employees work on an as‑needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards. Terms and conditions of employment will be outlined in the employment agreement.
