As a Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable engineering solutions. Your responsibilities include leading a team of engineers and designers, developing client relationships, and managing impactful projects. You will also be responsible for operational excellence and recent business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Mentor and manage a growing team of mechanical engineers
Set project budgets and manage team revenue targets
Serve as principal liaison for key clients
Oversee technical quality and delivery of mechanical systems

Requirements:
15+ years of mechanical design experience
Proven leadership experience with at least 5 direct reports
Licensed Skilled Engineer (P.Eng) in British Columbia
University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
LEED AP or Passive House certification preferred
