Amica Aurora is seeking a Director of Wellness to lead the Wellness Department, enhance resident well‑being, and ensure delivery of exceptional nursing and health programs. You will supervise a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with Health Care Providers to build personalized wellness plans. The role requires RN/RPN certification, 5+ years nursing experience (3+ years in leadership), First Aid/CPR, and robust regulatory knowledge.
