What You'll Do
As a Welder/Fabricator, you will learn and perform a variety of hands-on tasks, including:

MIG welding metal components and assemblies
Fabricating, fitting, and assembling metal parts
Reading basic welding drawings and blueprints
Using welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment
Checking your work to make sure it meets quality standards
Keeping your workspace clean and organized




Following workplace safety procedures
Working alongside experienced team members

What We're Looking For
You don't have to know everything on day one. We're looking for people who are reliable, willing to learn, and ready to work.

Ideal candidates have:
Some previous welding or fabrication experience
An interest in learning a skilled trade
Basic knowledge of MIG welding is an asset
Good attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety
Good work ethic and reliability

Welding tickets, certifications, or previous shop experience are an asset, but a strong willingness to learn and develop your skills is important to us.
