Job Summary:

As a Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our financial management team, overseeing the organization's accounting and financial operations. You will collaborate with department heads to develop budgets, analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making, and implement effective internal controls. Responsibilities: - Preparation and analysis of financial reports- Support month-end and year-end close processes- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data- Budgeting and forecasting activities- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,



or a related field with CPA certification- Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications: - Internship or relevant work experience in finance or accounting- Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software- Proven ability to adapt in a quick-paced and collaborative workplace

Pay Rate: $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
