Responsibilities: As an ideal candidate, you will:
Conduct client consultations on criminal pardon applications and United States border crossing procedures.
Performing both ink and digital fingerprinting.
Handle sensitive information, including criminal histories and court documentation, during file preparations.
Receive training in biometric fingerprinting to request criminal record information from the RCMP Civil Fingerprinting Division.
Play a crucial role in guiding clients through every aspect of the procedures to overcome their criminal record history.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess:
Bilingual proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
Detail-oriented approach.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Intermediate to advanced data entry skills.
Excellent customer service skills, both vocal and written.
Knowledge of the criminal justice system is an asset but not mandatory.
