Person who, in collaboration with the team in her/his unit and specialists on staff, provides for the physical, psychological and general rehabilitation needs of users.
She/he participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring of the general programs for users in her/his care.
She/he records the progress and reactions of the users placed in her/his care and fills out the documents required to monitor changes.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma.
Or
DEP in Homecare.
No specific experience.

A reading and writing test may be requested
Alternative Profile:
No specific diploma and;
Three (3) to four (4) years of related experience (an asset)
Knowledge and Abilities:
Valuable interpersonal skills and ability to function within a team workplace;
Ability to take direction from several people and maintain effective work flow systems;
Valuable knowledge of Eeyou traditions and values.
LANGUAGE
Fluent in English;
Fluency in Cree and French is an asset.
