The Vice President Sport Performance, reporting to the CEO, plays a vital role in enhancing Canada’s athletic potential at Olympic and Paralympic Games. This full time position involves collaborating with National Sport Organizations and leveraging expert teams to ensure robust performance strategies and resource allocations.

You will drive improvement through strategic planning, athlete support, and leadership across various technical domains.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement performance strategies aligned with OTP goals
Oversee relationships with National Sport Organizations




Promote best practices in coaching and athlete support
Ensure strategic investment decision-making and resource allocation
Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration

Requirements:
Graduate degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years in high-performance sports leadership
Proven experience with Olympic and Paralympic programs
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
