Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex internal and external policy projects
Facilitate collaborations with stakeholders and leadership
Review and refine existing policy documents

Requirements:
Degree in policy development, public administration, or similar field
Minimum 3 years' experience in policy development
Solid analytical skills and business acumen
Ability to manage projects independently
Knowledge of BC’s trades training system is an asset
