We are currently seeking an empathetic Resident Care Attendant who is dedicated to the well-being of our residents.The Resident Care Attendant ensures the comfort, well-being, safety, and general needs of residents by providing hygiene and comfort care.Schedule: Several shifts available, including day, evening, and night shifts, full time and part time.BILINGUALROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors’ home certification and employer policiesAdminister medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethicsAnswering call bellsAssist and/or accompany residents in getting aroundContribute to the adjustment of a residents’ action plan based on their observationsIn collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .Proactively assist and support the residentsRespond to all emergency situationsWhile interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the on-call nurse.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
