Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate care and screenings for program participants
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments pre and post procedure




Develop educational materials for patient understanding
Facilitate communication among interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate records for program evaluation

Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
Two years of experience in surgical or diagnostic settings
Current BCCNM registration
Valid BC Driver's License required
Solid assessment and interpersonal skills
