Responsibilities
Conduct and monitor a Montessori program for young children
Guide children in all areas of classroom development
Prepare craft materials and assist children with creative activities
Support children in developing eating, dressing, and toileting habits
Assist with snacks, lunches, transitions, rest periods, and housekeeping duties
Encourage creativity through art, music, lessons, and dramatic play
Observe children and report progress to supervisors
Maintain records and participate in staff meetings
Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards
